This falls into the "We Told You So" category as Countries with tax incentives and lower corporate taxes are reporting a massive surge in US corporate relocation.

Particularly in the OIL industry.

Switzerland seems to be the Country of Choice to avoid Obama's massive tax penalties if you are part of the scourge known as "big oil". And not just oil, but energy companies et all.

According to Guido Jud, head of the tax office in the small town of Zug just outside of Zurich, over 1200 Corporations have relocated to Zug in 2008 with record growth projected for 2009.

1200!!!

That's 1200 businesses NOT operating in the US. Assume that each of those businesses employ just 10 people. Now these being Energy Companies, it's pretty safe to assume there are alot more than 10 people working for these 1200 businesses. That's well over a minimum of 12,000 jobs LOST to Switzerland because of Obama's "let's create jobs by taxing the crap out of the jobs producers" plan.

And these are the companies that have moved out in 2008 with the expectations of higher Democrat controlled taxes. Now, with an individual suffering from diarrhea of the wallet in charge of taxes in this country, there flood of businesses moving off shore to places like ZUG is going to increase and do it quickly.

And that sad truth is that them ore these guys move away from Obama to try and survive, the more Obama TAXES those that are left to try and make up for it, thereby forcing more US businesses to raise prices, cut labor or shut their doors completely.

It is just amazing to me to see trickle down economics at work and the Dems ACKNOWLEDGE that it works in the NEGATIVE direction... but how they flat DENY that it works in the Positive direction.

Look at the facts....

Higher Taxes = Businesses move out, shut down, prices rise and labor cut. Less people earning less money. Less people spending what money they have. Less revenues for businesses to make to afford to pay taxes, labor and produce. Lather, Rinse, Repeat.

Lower Taxes = Businesses expand, risk capital to create new products and jobs, employ more people, sell more product, make more money. More money in the hands of the business, it's employees and the buying and selling of the products they makes equals MORE tax revenue, more consumer spending and greater investment. More products, goods and services being produces means more people are employed, expanding the consumer pool and more product is sold, paying more taxes. Lather, Rinse, Repeat.

It's pretty simple when you break it down to a very personal question...

Do you spend money you don't have?
What you do have to spend, do you spend sparingly and after much more scrutiny?
Do you go without the things you 'want', choosing to spend on the things you need?
If you knew there was a significant risk of you loosing your job next week, what would your spending habits looks like?

95% of the country is thinking about these very things right now and looking to man that promised CHANGE and HOPE and the only 'hope' we have right now is that he will 'change' his strategies before there isn't anyone left to PAY any taxes.

Think about it. I mean, REALLY think about it. Obama cuts taxes and stimulates business, Thousands of companies will return to (and not leave) THIS economy and Tens of Thousands, if not Millions, of jobs will be created and saved.

For such a professedly intelligent man to not understand that his actions are driving businesses under and away, is just inconceivable. To continue on course after countless examples of this disastrous failure, is unforgivable.

On the upside, if you happen to live in ZUG, life is good.

So it is official. The $410 Billion Dollar Spending Bill has been passed and signed by President Obama.

However... unlike the $700 Billion that Barney, Pelosi and others held up in victory at a Gala Signing Press Conference, President Obama hid behind closed doors while quietly signing into effect nearly a Billiond Dollars worth of Pet Projects, Dollars for Favors and other Pork Laden line items in the Bill.

Why? Maybe it's because he's a Liar and his signing of this Pork Package is a gigantic noen arrow pointing at his foreheard saying "Perjerer here".

Perjury as defined by the Dictionary: to render (oneself) guilty of swearing falsely or of willfully making a false statement under oath or solemn affirmation.

He gave us his solemn oath to end earmarks, pork spending and politics as usual.

He committed Purgery in the Court of Public Office. The only downside to prosecuting him is that would put Biden in his place.

Just received a obscure News Story from a friend of mine regarding a Burglary attempt and the resulting 2 deaths of the Intruders.

Apparently, an 11 year old girl was at home, alone, while Dad ran up to the corner store for a bit. Two Illegal Hispanics broke into the home just after they witnessed the Father leave.

The Daughter heard the break in while upstairs playing. She ran to her father's gun safe and removed the Mossberg 500 Competition Shotgun and loaded it.

It is relevant to point out that this young girl happened to be two year running Clay Pigeon Shooting Champion having secured her first championship when she was just 9.

Raphael Resindez, 23 charged up the stairs and turned into the hall to find said Shotgun toting Clay Champion in a tight one-knee aiming tuck and took a full measure of shot to his lower stomach and pelvis, killing him instantly.

She stood up, cocked and ran to the top of the stairs where Enrico Garza, 26 was just hitting the first couple of steps. She hit him in the right chest and shoulder. He made it to the street before he bleed to death and died.

The girl and her family was NOT sued for killing the intruders in their home.

After responding to the young girl's post-encounter 911 emergency call, the police discovered that Resindez was carrying a .45 Semi-auto hand gun and that he had taken that gun from a victim that he stabbed to death in the chest at another recent break in. A fitting end to some bad guys, I should say.

Two important lessons to be learned here....

1 - Don't shoot to wound, shoot to kill. These men would have shown NO mercy for this young girl and killing here would likely have been the LEAST they would have done. Given the chance for these two violent criminals to heal from a wounding and plead their case in front of a liberal judge, they likely would be back on the street today and another victim would be stabbed to death, shot or worse.

There's also the added benefit of you and I not having to pay for their food, room and board for whatever time they do find themselves behind bars.

2 - An 11 year old girl, who was properly trained and familiar with firearm use and safety, thought clearly enough and had the skills to defend herself and take down two obviously physically superior adversaries.

What is interesting is that this is an "obscure" bit of news. Not in any way carried or reported in the main stream media. The only gun stories we hear from them is negative stories about the worse possible scenarios.

I would love to read some of your positive gun stories like these. I think people need to remember what the 2nd Amendment is all about so that they, like this 11 year old girl, can say... the Constitution saved my life.

I actually laughed (not funny Ha Ha, but funny Uh Oh!), stood up, turned around twice and sat back down to write this after reading this Quote from Mr. Obama:

"I think it might be useful to point out that it wasn’t under me that we started buying a bunch of shares of banks. It wasn’t on my watch. And it wasn’t on my watch that we passed a massive new entitlement -– the prescription drug plan -- without a source of funding. And so I think it’s important just to note when you start hearing folks throw these words around that we’ve actually been operating in a way that has been entirely consistent with free-market principles and that some of the same folks who are throwing the word 'socialist' around can’t say the same."

Okay... if this isn't the biggest, smelliest, filth ridden coughed up spin ball EVER in the history of Politics... then it's got to be in the top three. EVER.

Sometime over this past Friday aboard Air force One, a New York times reporter asked Mr. Obama a simple question... "Are you a socialist as some people have suggested?"

Obama's knee jerk 'original' answer was "You know, let’s take a look at the budget – the answer would be no."

"Is there anything wrong with saying, 'Yes'?" the Times reporter rightfully asked after pausing a second to consider Obama's spending.

That was the impetus for the gag reflex causing the puke you just read above.

So disturbed by this Question that it stewed in his empty little skull for the entire weekend and finally, after he just couldn't take it any more, Mr. Obama actually called the NY Times this afternoon to clarify the statement, saying:

"It was hard for me to believe that you were entirely serious about that socialist question,"

Actually, now that I read it... he didn't clarify anything. Only that he planted the question on whether or not HE was serious in his answer.

As a follow up the Obama's colossal involuntary diarrhetic episode of the mouth he New York Times asked, "So whose watch are we talking about here?" but Obama wouldn't name names.

"Well, I just think it’s clear by the time we got here, there already had been an enormous infusion of taxpayer money into the financial system. And the thing I constantly try to emphasize to people if that coming in, the market was doing fine, nobody would be happier than me to stay out of it. I have more than enough to do without having to worry the financial system. The fact that we’ve had to take these extraordinary measures and intervene is not an indication of my ideological preference, but an indication of the degree to which lax regulation and extravagant risk taking has precipitated a crisis."

He concluded the brief call by saying, "I think that covers it."

There we have it. Obama officially takes NO RESPONSIBILITY for ANYTHING he will do over the next 4 years. Unless it is unquestionably positive.

If anyone said that to your face at work, an employee, a co-worker, a manager, even your friend.... You would punch that waste of humanity right square in the mouth. At the very least, they would be fired.

It's CHANGE what Obama is all about?

Essentially, isn't this excuse is that BUSH is still running things and there's just nothing Obama can do to CHANGE it? Or, by his second and contradictory statement, is he saying that Bush didn't change anything and now he is?

I kid you not... the market for worm-a-seltzer is about to skyrocket!

According to the Max Planck Institute for Marine Microbiology in Germany, Worms and aquatic type creatures burp up N20 (which is NOT Co2) that when mixed into the atmosphere does reportedly 300 times more damage to the delicate Global Temperature than Carbon Dioxide.

According to Peter Stief of the Institute, the increase in these nitrogen levels "can also favor 'algal blooms' which suck up all the oxygen in the water. This could cause a shift in the ecosystems subjected to runoff, favoring the species that are more tolerant to oxygen depletion, which also tend to be the nitrous oxide emitters. Because these species tend to be at the bottom of the food chain, any shifts in species abundance can cascade up the food chain."

Ah... there is is. Nitrous Oxide.

So the short of it is, according to someone that believes fervently in Evolution, the very critters on the bottom of the food chain, the very critters that crew legs and crawled up onto land so very long ago, the very critters that have been dwelling in the primordial ooze since the VERY beginning...

THESE guys are JUST NOW in a position to destroy the environment. Not the purported Billions of Years they've been crawling around in the sludge at the bottom of lakes and through the dirt of this planet.

Of course, after running around in circles, waving his arms in the air, Stief composed himself and added this final thought:

How many times have you been told that if you reward failure, you reinforce failing behaviors.

It's alot like that neighbor kid that drives you absolutely crazy because his parents think saying "no" will hurt his mental development... When in all actuality, his behavior is driving all the neighbors mental.

GM has learned that all it needs to do now, to get heaps of cash, is to threaten jobs. That's the oldest story in the book being told in a new way... only this time, it's not walking on the backs of the workers, it's dancing on their graves.

GM sites as it's reasons for demanding EU bail out bucks is the potential loss of 300,000 jobs. Isn't that what they said about the US giving them bail out money? And exactly where are those jobs now? What kind of NEW business, hope and future has all this money bought?

Look at them... they REFUSE to close down the jobs pool which is ever growing and sucking each and every dollar out of the tax payers pockets all the while continuing to beg for more.

They are worried that the Government will come in and force them to build cars that nobody will buy! Come on, you're building cars NOW that nobody wants to buy!

First off, I think that sending in the US Government to fix a problem that is absolutely none of their business is a huge mistake... but beyond that, I don't think they have ANY real hope of saving anything. They can't even steady the market let alone save a company that is fully invested in the new socialist money making system... BEGGING FOR IT.

I take that back, it's not begging.

It's EXTORTION.

And it isn't new. GM is just putting a new spin on it and the plague seems to spreading.

Time to start saying NO boys!

I was watching the news about Obama's conversations with Russia regarding taking down our Missile Defense Systems and while several different points struck me as seriously scary, the one thing that leaped out at me was with how much disrespect and superiority foreign dignitaries give Obama.

Watch them... in addition to treating him like a child, they continually sit back and stop talking because they KNOW that the more they say nothing, the more Obama will KEEP TALKING, giving them more and more that they don't even have to ask for.

Psychologically, this seems to be typical of someone that is seeking the approval of a Father they never had. They are SO willing to do whatever they have to do to get the knowing smile, that comforting nod, that wink that says they are appreciated.

I mean seriously, what is it that Russia is getting out of all this? Their arch enemy becoming completely emaciated and they didn't really even have to work for it!

Medvedev tells Obama that there will be 'no Haggling' over this. His way, or no way Obama. That's alot like something we heard during the Campaigns, isn't it? Something about meeting with our enemies with "no preconditions"?

Obama comes to the negotiating table of the single great threat to our way of life over the past decades with "no preconditions" which the Russians interpret as spineless and weak. While Medvedev comes to the table and shoves preconditions right down Obama's throat!

Take a minute and watch Red Dawn again. No, not because I want to show you what it might look like if Russia invades the US. Watch it to see what Mayor Bates does to keep his 'power' and 'authority' in his town. He gives up resistance fighters, he turns over state records and personal relationships to aid the enemy in killing those that would stand against them. In the end, he gives up his own son, sending him to his death to weed out the resistance.

In short, Mayor Bates betrays and murders the people and the Liberty and Freedom they stand for because of his uncompromising belief in compromise. Because he believes that compromise and the abandonment of our moral and political foundations will cause the enemy to look nicely upon us.

And the enemy just stands there and lets this man hang himself and kill his own countrymen. Stands there with a superior smirk on their faces.

The very same smirk on Medvedev's face just yesterday. The very same smirk on Nancy Pelosi's face. The very same smirk on Harry Reid's face. The very same smirk on the faces of virtually every failing business that gets another multi-Billion Dollar Bail-Out check.

And the very same smirk on the faces of those not having to pay their mortgages while the rest of you work your tails off to do so.

Mayor Bates, President Obama... I don't see ANY difference.

They BOTH are giving us up for dead.
